My Goal is to flip a Real Estate niche website in three months.   I’m going to list a few things that I can think of currently that will help me focus on getting the basics up and running:

Month One

  • Purchase domain name (or use one from my domain list).
  • Setup domain on my servers.
  • Going to use WordPress as my Content Management System.
  • Create a theme to match the niche - and it will be unique.
  • Specify the niche.
  • Search affiliate programs to match the niche.
  • Work on keyword list.
  • Start writing content.

Month Two

  • Continue writing content - working on a max of 30 articles in the niche.
  • Work on organic marketing through search engines and the keywords.
  • Exchange links with other real estate niche sites.
  • PPC?

Month Three

  • Finish content writing (looking at 10 articles a month).
  • Articles are to be keyword rich.
  • Offer adverting slots on site.
  • Check stats on visitors/income/etc.
  • Sell website for $500 or more.

I’m looking to develop the website and sell for no less than $500.  I’m going to look into different selling options - maybe SitePoint or Ebay … do they still let you sell websites on Ebay?  Anyhoo - I’m going to run with this list and add/delete sections that will work or not - and sell a site.  It’s three months of hard work but this is my goal.  It’s not too over the top so I’m hopeful that it can be accomplished.
